Filing a takedown notice

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; and your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Alabama, if outside the US).
